Imagine finding yourself "immersed" in the historic centre
of Milan, on the terrace of a penthouse on the eighth floor
overlooking the Duomo, away from prying eyes and the
chaotic traffic of the city: it is not a dream, but the new
and evocative realization of Preformati Italia. A swimming
pool conceived and designed by the Architect Silvano Spagna of the
homonymous architecture studio
In this project, Preformati Italia addressed stringent technical and operational constraints, ensuring rapid installation, lightweight structural components, and high thermal insulation performance.
The design was developed in close collaboration with the client and the designer, including the creation of a scale EPS model to optimize construction details and site logistics.
The structures, complete with pre-installed plant provisions in the workshop, were installed quickly and quietly on the eighth floor of the building.
After waterproofing, the pool successfully passed the leak test, allowing the finishing phases to commence.
The project was delivered on time, within budget, and meeting all performance requirements, leaving the client fully satisfied.
